Tail pipe rattle at idle
My tailpipe has a bad rattle against the body at idle. Is there a fitting that I can buy to cushion the impact around the tailpipe? Or is there another solution?

Something is loose. Establish what is loose and tighten it back up. Could also be mounts.

Go to a muffler shop. They will fix it. Probably a loose/old hanger.

Obove my muffler there was a heat shroud that had gotten loose so I messed with it and it went away for a long time. It came back and now I don't have a shroud anymore, I'm planning on moving my exhaust to a side exit.

Sometimes the heat shrouds get bits of gravel in them. If not a loose hanger problem, try getting the muffler shop to blow these out with compressed air.dfnder wrote:Obove my muffler there was a heat shroud that had gotten loose so I messed with it and it went away for a long time.
