Re: Whipsaw trail Nov 13/14 sat/sun
Guys Take a chain saw along. I was at Plateau lake (Merritt) this week and had access blocked two different directions from large wind downed trees. Luckily the powerline access was still open. Fishing was superb! No snow there but it's cold at night, snow's just around the corner. Check the weather...

Re: Sudden noise and asbestos smell after driving in snow?
Mr. F Similar thing happened to me driving onto a fraser River gravel bar for a days fishing. Throwaway fishing line became tangled around my rear parking/disk brake causing a loud squeaking sound after driving through a deep water filled trench. I crawled under, removed the fish line and the squeak...

Felix/Glenn Great windows. The white looks so good on your van. Glenn has built black windows for me for both my delicas. Great craftsman and friend too. Your diesel heater installation sounds intriguing. My propane heater should be installed in the next two weeks. Lets meet and compare at 10 below....

Re: RHD Meet Sept 22nd
Guys and Gals If you're coming in from the Fraser Valley, exit at Brunette. The Lougheed is bottlenecked westbound, east of Schoolhouse and may stop you for 20 minutes. Maple Ridge people bypass the Lougheed on Cape Horn and Dawes Hill. Best Google the route if you can. Don't worry, the Gateway proj...

Re: 15" rims & 235/75 r15 tires
jaz, Tontdca These tires show as mounted reversed on the present rims. With such a unique tread pattern I wonder if the manufacturer recommends they mount opposite the "new" example shown. Normally the noisy side of such a tread is mounted inside to disperse the noise. The tread appears to...

Re: L300 Sliding door - Lock Stuck!
Virtual The door may not lock or unlock if it's not in a fully closed position. Check out the rear of the door and if it sticks out in the rear it's not fully closed. Push it into a closed position and try again. Try the slider door handle to open the door and manually open and close the door button...

You can organize the next one and have it anywhere you like.
You don't have to come, you won't be missed.

CC autos has a good name in the delica community but I don't know of Marigold. If it doesn't overheat or burn oil, do a compression test and compare results of all 4 cylinders.

Re: The Elite.
OP Do you have a 2.4 litre gasser? I believe there is a 16 valve head available. That would have a bit more HP plus better breathing and an increase in fuel mileage. I know fuel mileage isn't an issue in my 95 L400 2.4 but the 16 valve head would be an improvment. If you wanted more power that would...
