"....at least four tracking you at any given time" I know it's just wording, but satellites don't track you.
GPS receivers receive a timing signal that satellites send out....carry on
"Please just DELETE the problem person. Your lives as moderators will be some much easier - even if you feel like the wrong side has won the battle." I could not agree more!!! I've been using the "Ignore" functionality on a particular Rising member for the past few months now - h...
Just at first start up of the day, hot or cold - I would be thinking mildly leaky valve stems.
Little bit of oil getting into combustion chamber as it sits for a few hours like overnight.
I got mine a few years back from a mitsu dealer in Calgary in the SE- there's a part number on here somewhere, just don't mention that it's a delica and you'll be fine. As soon as you mention it's a Delica or RHD it can magically make them unable to find the part number. I think they were $10? 8-) :M
Do you need to use new head bolts when replacing the head gasket on these L300s? When I did the head gaskets on my V6 Toyota, it was told it was mandatory to use new head bolts due to them stretching. I would think the torque required to hold on Diesel heads would far exceed a gasser, no? X2 on deck...
Can you say specifically what this requirement is and who specifically said you needed it?
If you're covered for full insurance I don't see what difference the occupant's background makes?
Hey jthom, that plate can be removed just by simply removing the bolts that hold it in place. There's about four or maybe six bolts. just remove it - but watch it doesn't clunk you on the head. It's not that heavy. I removed mine and haven't gotten around to putting it back for about a year and a ha...
Drain the remaining coolant you have and set aside. There's a drain hose/valve on the bottom on the rad. Once it's all drained, get a screwdriver, remove the hose clamps on each end, remove hose, replace with new hose. Really simple. The ends of the old hoses will most likely be 'melted' to the rad ...
I love my manual system. I didn't install it, it was there when I bought it 4 years ago from a delica.ca member. It's great when it's really cold as I can give it little bursts to smooth out chuggy start ups. Haven't had an issue with it. I get a click behind my right sholder when I push the button ...
How old are your rad hoses? Are they the ones that look braided on the outside or are they all smooth. If they are the braided ones, they're most likely originals and could be your source of leaks. These are super easy to replace and could be done yourself (top and bottom hose). Find the source of y...
Unfortunately, when I contacted you last year your pricing was prohibitive - around $8k if I remember correctly.
Any adjustmet in the current pricing?
