The front Mitsubishi Diamond, is it easy to remove on a L300?
Is it simply tabbed into a hole or is it Sticky Taped semi permanent?
Im thinking of stripping some of the front paint, rock chips and
redoing it.
How to remove? Simple putty knife, twist and pop out?
Thanks

Re: Front emblem removal
I'm a little confused, on my L300 I was pretty sure it was inlaid in the whole plastic strip (or "grill") that ran from headlight to headlight, not something that could be removed short of removing that whole "grill" (or do I not recall my L300 well enough??)

mine is like that too but I think some are plastic badges that are "riveted" in place, these might have the inlaid one under them though :)
Re: Front emblem removal
In another thread a member commented that the tabs can be pushed out from inside, as he had popped his emblem out to silicone the holes (its a leak point).
BTW I don't have a diamond badge on mine...!?

Re: Front emblem removal
Firesong, I don't think your Delica is a '91 ~ going by the headlamps, the bambie bar configuration and the lack of illuminated "Delica" plate on the tailgate ~ perhaps an '89?
