just saw this on kijiji....kind of a neat idea as a lightweight sleeping arrangement for someone who doesnt like tenting and doesnt have their ride set-up for sleepin in....
definitiely not my style, but thought it was kind of a good idea to make use of an old semi sleeper...

axle is a bit far back, the tongue weight must be like 80% of the trailer weight lol. cool idea though, it's basically a teardrop with out the teardrop shape.

I just saw that on Kijiji myself this morning.
The sleepers are mostly aluminum so not too heavy , but
I agree that the axle's a little far back.
Im considering make one myself of a double wide. It would
fit on this trailer Im doing. Part time camper.
