yup, lots. :-)

But it would be easier if you told us what you have checked so somebody here could tell you what you haven't.

Not many Benzene burners here, mostly diesel. So in your case you'd trace where the power to the plugs stops. Plug wires, coil wire , coil packs, getting power to the distributor, alternator, battery, timing. How did you test if you have spark. Just to name a few. You might want to PM Josh or Doc Savage, as I think they both are Gassers. The engine may be different , but the process is exactly the same as any other 4 cylinder gas engine.

Good Luck

I have a gasser. I have not had any spark issues though, so all I can give are some suggestions.

As mentioned above, check wires, cap, rotor, plugs, fuses, etc.

The label on the fan shroud indicates plugs should be replaced every 70K miles/100 Kilometers. Have you changed them? I found the cheap plugs made mine very unhappy. Replaced the cheap ones with proper NGKs and have no problem since. I did the wires, rotor, and cap at the same time.

How have you confirmed you have no spark?

This is my current favorite tool to testing spark at the moment: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002S ... Z6HB72CGFA

The Lisle site is down as I am writing this, or I would send a direct link to them.

Did it have spark before you pulled the Head?

If so: I would check all connectors and the GROUNDS.

Next I would find the diagnostics for the motor (maybe in another vehicle and follow it).

Be systematic and it will show up...good luck
