Hello rdub -- glad to see you in this forum!
I'm quite confident that you won't have any problem with AirCare. Diesels are tested for smoke opacity only (but are exempt from HC, CO, and NOx tests that would normally apply to gasoline models). I've taken 2 older-model diesels through AirCare myself (including one Delica), and never even came close to the allowable limit.
Has anybody else heard of a Delica failing AirCare?
