Hello, My wife and I are planning to buy a Delica in the next week or so. I found this forum while searching the net for Delicas. I thought I would join to learn the "ins and outs" of Delicas. I went to a dealer Wednesday and I found it funny when he asked if I had been a surfer or a Westphalia owner. He said in his experience they were the demographic who purchase Delicas. He may have something, although not surfers we did own a VW van for years.
