Delicas in Moab, Utah. Off Roadin Capital of the Universe...

Hey Delicas, I just got back from a road trip to Moab Utah for some rock scrambling in my Delica. We had two down there as a friend with one came down as well. Man, the response we got! People were rolling down their windows as they drove by yelling that it was the coolest vehicle they'd ever see. Then we drove through a car show in town where there was all manner of crazy off road and hot rod car and truck. We got a host of honks from the fans lining the streets. The van handled the dust, sand, kms and off roading/slick rock driving beautifully. Three cheers to our vans! Jer

Wow Moad, the land of roll overs. I would love to see some photos and or video. I have been thinking of taking mine down there, but find her tippy on the local trails. Let us know when you have some photos posted

Just came back from that area on a motorbike trip.
Not so good for 4x4 - but the sites of Bryce Canyon and Zion are amazing - wish I had another couple of weeks to explore both on foot.

Post some photos of Moab if you can...

My wife and I can't wait to get our Deli to Moab. Of course the main purpose of the van will be to transport our Mt. Bikes to the spots we want to ride, and maybe a little light weight 4x4ing on the side (not so much on the rock crawling/wall scaling some of those rides do). Moab is such an amazing place for just about any out door activity. Our last two possible trips down there have been cancelled to the fact my wife keeps geting pregnant just when we figure it'd be a good time to go (we're still not sure what's causing it...) One day soon we're going again though, kids and all!
