Remove drivers seat
Are there any tricks to this job? I want to get ay the rad hose on that side as I think I have a tiny intermitent leak and I can't see another way to get in there except from under the driver's seat.....you can get in there that way can't you?

Re: Remove drivers seat
Hello
How are you?
To remove the driver seat simply find the bolts that are on the base and then you can see the plate that is covering the engine.
Roll back the carpet on the rear fire wall and find the bolts and remove the cover that is on the top of the air filter.
From what I can recall you have to remove the plastic cover that is around the e-brake. I leave the cable connected but that restricts access somewhat but I find that you can turn it 45 degrees and leave it.
It is an easy job but it is well worth to change the fan, alt, and ac, belt while you have that out but that might have been done when you had you timing belt done in Japan.
Good luck
Well Green 1 got there while I was typing....
