I currently have a Honda Element that seemed to fit the bill for us until we bought a small powerboat.
Now we'd like 4x4 for launching.
The Delica really appeals to me, esp. the diesel.
Now I have to convince my wife ...
I don't own a Delica ... yet

Hi Petros,
Coincidently, my wife and I just sold our "Y" package Honda Element and bought a '92 Super Exceed Delica.
No regrets at all. You give up that nice powerplant of the 2.4 VTEC, but in turn you get a vehicle that feels strong
underneath you and allows you to experience more. If you haven't test driven one, may I recommend Shogo at Japanoid
in New West. He is very accommodating and his goal is to find exactly what you are looking for. You can also rest assure
that many others in the community are just as reliable to assist you with your needs.
If you have any questions, since we have owned the same vehicle, please feel free to contact me.
Cheers,
Joe
