I am looking for a manual with details of all maintenance recommendation including parts, intervals etc... Any advise would be appreciated.

L300 Dedicated Category Reference Forum, in Delica Canada Technical (see board index). There is no complete Starwagon shop manual that's in English that I am aware of and much of the manuals in the L300 reference forum are actually for the Pajero. Many of the principles are the same or similar. One place you can go is the L400 Space Gear manual in the L400 reference forum as some of the earlier Space Gears had leaf springs and drum brakes, for instance.
Also, if you go to the Delica FAQ Section and look for the Parts Base link (there's at least two)~ you compare you wagon's part with the corresponding exploded diagram, then see if you can find a corresponding one in the L400 manual, that's what I do.
It really helps if you understand your wagon a little.
