Power Window Trouble

Post by islander20 »

Just what I wanted another project to work on. Just today my drivers side window stopped working properly. It will come down half an inch and then get stuck, and go back up when I hit the switch again. So it seems that the switch is working, as well as the motor. Which makes me think its the regulator? Just some crap jammed in there maybe? Hopefully. Found plenty of guides on removing the door panels, just looking for some help troubleshooting this.

Start by spraying Silicone lubricant on the seal around the window. If that doesn't work, then remove the door panel and lubricate the regulator.
