L300 Utility Wagon
At long last I have finished my interior modifications. It seats four comfortably for road trips. It has a bulkhead to keep cargo and passengers separate. Sleeps two. It has spots for four rubbermade bins under the platform. You can still fit a piece of plywood into the van and close the gate. No permanent changes are made to the van - in fact, you can switch back to the third seat in about an hour. Plus, it looks nice.

This is how we camp, 2 in the van, 2 in the trailer. All our gear pretty much fits in the rubbermade bins, with the exception of the cooler which gets strapped down to the platform with a bunch of soft goods.

I love the look of the natural wood in the cabinetry. Too much melamine these days (unless it's wood-look melamine )

Where did you get the folding mattress? Is it comfortable?

Nicely finished and very purposeful. I love camping too and wish I had that much room in my SWB pajero *jealous*. Thinking of a custom trailer, but that's after 100 other projects on multiple vehicles
