DOC?

Hey there everyone I caught a glimpse of my Deli in the sun today and could see the faint outline of what I presume were Decals that used to be on the door. I could just make them out ...DOC, then I remembered that my skid plate had the letters DOC drilled into it. I have attached a picture of the skid plate. My question is, what the heck is DOC? A Delica model? I dont think so...hmmm any clues? Buhler, Buhler. Image
