Re: Mushroom season!
I found a bunch of lobster mushrooms last time I was up in Renfrew. They are Ok. No chantrelles that's for certain!
They going to end up on the thanks giving menu?

I'm surprised Profister hasn't jump on this tread. He sent me a picture from his last weekend collect and holly, should see the size of these things! (mushrooms me talking about...) Love when people use what's available to us (and not through your local food store)
On a side note, went to VIFF tonight to view "People of a feather". Pretty well done and very eye opener...
Cheers,
Mr. D

I guess the camo gear is helpful when sneaking up on those big ones

Pappa Smurf?
I love mushroom picking. It's something that my dad and I get to do together. Good times, keep it up!

Re: Mushroom season!
Is that a little bottle of Jaggermeister next to the stainless steel mug on the picnic table? Very nice compliment to a tasty looking meal.
