Our first mechanical baby
Our first mechanical baby
Little Fort soon Vavenby, we are of 2 Delicas in Little Fort Population 300. must be the highest per capita delica ownership in the country, but only for a month. 91 60k mmw exceed starwagon mitsewbeeshe Delica. many questions my little grasshopper. Yes, is there a choke? should the high beams be all four front lights? did every used delica come with a bag of weed in the jack compartment? who gets more looks a porche or a delica? i cant pick my nose anymore theres always someone looking! All done. a virgin no more.

Re: Our first mechanical baby
Welcome,
Onlookers - yes, it happens...less in Vcr though, I see a brethren at least once a day now. Always wave...its polite!
Weed - someone must have stole mine.
Lights - yes, all 4 are going on high, just 2 any other time.
No choke needed (diesel) - just throttle adjustment to keep the revs up a bit to warm up if you wish...probably needed in Vavenby I think.
Delica definitely gets more looks - first, RHD - screws everyone up a bit, second, turbo diesel - any guy I know has an internal Turbo Diesel identification gene working that is poised and ready to identify a Delica coming from block away......the girls are just curious why the passenger is hanging out the window checking them out while nobody is driving the vehicle...generates a look anyway and that COUNTS for something!
Wecome fellow newbie! Hope you are having as much fun as I am (only 2 weeks in for me......I'm sure the joy will wane....but it's fun while it lasts)
Sean
