does any one know where you can buy that tint sheeting, it kinda just sticks to the windows?
my back windows have zero tint and when i sleep in the school parking lots on spares i get some weird looks,haha.

You can buy a product at Cdn Tire called Gila. I would recommend buying the applicator and spray that goes along with it. It comes with a DVD that shows you how to apply the tinting as well. I did my daughter's van and it worked pretty well. A couple of bubbles that I wasn't very impressed with.

All of the home-job tinting I've seen ends up looking really bubbly and bad. We were lucky with our rig--it came from japan with a professional window tint.

The cheapest option may be to just draw the curtains while you nap between classes. If you don't have curtains I can put you in touch with someone who I think still has a couple extra sets.

go to industrial plastics and paints, they sell it by the foot, the secret is to wash your windows with some alcohol or something to make sure you take off any grime . put some water in a MISTING sprayer , Spray the inside of the window, put the cut to fit tinting on the glass, take a atm card, and from the inside/center of the window, push the water out to the edges. once your happy that all the water and air is pressed out to the edges use a razor to fine trim the edges and make sure you dont cut any of the lines for the window defroster. It will take alot longer for the back window as it can be a PITA BUT if your patient, your window will look completly profesionaly done.

Not sure about the durability and must admit that I have never seen a home job that stays looking good. I would do a older used vehicle, but nothing that I actually wanted to still look good after a year or two.

i tinted my windows and it looks beauty.I'll you need is someone to help.i took out my windows out and tinted it on my table.I didnt do my rear tailgate because that takes two sheets and alot of patients. I bought the tint at lordco and paid $45 for all the windows.(you can do 2 windows with 1 box.Follow the instructions and you will be impressed. also do not use windex on the tint it will ruin it.by the way you will need a spray bottle and a few drops of baby soap.
