Hi All,
So I have had this issue with my A/C first not blowing cold, now the relay that engages the compressor clutch does not power up when I put the A/C on. I have taken the cover off the relay and when I push the contact together the rpm pick up and the clutch engages. I have followed the green wire with a red stripe that should engage the relay but lose where it goes in the harness to inside the cab. Anyone had an issue like this?
I kind of think it maybe the climate controller. Which maybe the whole dash control.
cheers

Re: A/C not working
Test from the source outwards starting at the a/c compressor.
Apply 12v / voltmeter and see if it's getting power. The compressor itself may be pooched (common issue).
Trace back from there using the electric schematic under wiki.

Re: A/C not working
Found yhe problem. Low freon pressure in A/C system not enabling pressure switch on receiver dryer to complete circuit. Will get gas topped up.
