You bet they sure are - Manual locking Asian hubs.

what mileage are you seeing on it being a non-turbo ?

Realistic driving numbers - I've found "average" are around 10-13ltrs /100km, really seems varied with driving speed / load / terrain so far.
I'll fill up again here in a few days if its still here and do a better calculation on varied city/highway "daily drive" style and see how it goes.
but, I think its headed to a new home tomorrow...
