Hey guys,
Just walked past a really nice VW Westy - had BC "Collector Plates" on it. What are these for - is there any benefit to having them or are they kinda like personalized plates?

Has to be 25 years or older in orginal factory condition ,O by the way you can't drive it to work. I have a motorcycle with one.
