hot cool boxes,are they worth it?

Does any one have anything to say about the hot cool box,iv been waiting for apost to see if they actualy work or not.is it something i should look into,camping trips are good and all but when your cheese falls in the water from the melted ice cubes in the cooler is kinda get nasty fast.

cool box runs off your AC, so unless you plan to keep the car running, or at leastturn it on regularly, you'd probably still want a cooler.

Unless you want to make ice you'll probably be happier with one of those plug-in electric coolers since they hold a lot more and don't have to be plumbed into the A/C system.

I have one and don't think its that cool... you would just have bragging rights, thats all. I am taking mine out soon along with my a/c.

I don't think their worth it. Never used ours. I keep a spare fuel filter in there right now.
We might remove it along with the ac system as well which we never use. Although the ac is handy in the winter for getting rid of moisture in the back windows.
