Did you get sorted? You can get stuck in 4L if your wheels are turned at a different angle. Sometimes you just have to turn them a bit more to unlock. Also try a bit of backing up and going forward. I hope thats as simple as it is. My 4L on my first delica stayed locked in if the wheels weren't straightened up.
