I recently needed a mechanic in Williams Lake. A guy named Ian works at Lake City Ford Auto Mall (or something like that). Mine was the first Delica he had worked on, but he knows diesels inside and out and was able to get me on my way again. His workmanship was later endorsed by Glen at Coombs Country Auto. If you are in the 100 mile / Lac le Hache / Williams Lake / Prince George area and need a good mechanic, be sure to look him up.
