Here is a little kit that I picked up from ebay.uk,

The plates are very well cut, the blanking hose and the spare nuts and bolts are a nice touch too! not bad for twenty pounds (UK scooby bucks) Supposedly the end result is less black smoke, and lower engine temp.
Mararmeisto dropped by and between the two of us, some beers, a dropped iphone (mine) and a lot of jaw wagging, we were able to pull this from under the Landmaster:

I did have to enlarge the holes on the exhaust manifold plate, but the was what? Ten seconds with a drill? they were just a hair off, and wouldn't clear the bolts.
Unlike most kits that only block off part of the EGR system, this one allows you to completely remove the EGR valve from the engine!
So once it was installed, it was time for a test drive!
Despite my best efforts, I couldn't produce a big, glorious cloud of smoke (I guess my days of smoke- bombing convertibles are over!
