Hey Robsars3,
On another post you asked:
"does anyone have any diagrams on where these pipes go could you pm them to me its for starwagon 1995 engine type is 4g63"
We don't have 1995 here yet, and most of us have the diesel (I think 4D53) engine. Sounds like yours is a gas model?
I'm sure others will post soon, but there may not be many of us with the same engine as you. Maybe check the Australian or England Delica sites, click on links at the top menu of our website.
Regards, Christine.

4D56 actually, but close...and most of us have the diesel (I think 4D53)
1995 won't be for over a year more in Canada, and I haven't heard of the particular engine, possibly one of our visitors from afar will know, your other option (possibly a better one) would be to try your query on either the UK or Australian sites as they have newer vehicles than we have access to.

From http://www.delica.ca/forum/camshaft-nut ... tml#p20343 ..... on my '92 4D56 this advice worked for me.robsars3 wrote:is there a way to stop the bottom pulley used for timing spinning so i can undo them to get to the water pump
If you have a different vehicle model & engine then you'd have to:
- check there's an appropriate robust spot to brace the breaker-bar against;
- make sure the motor turns-over in the correct direction to unscrew the bolt. Even after reading EricN's post I went over this in my brain at least 3 times to make sure...and even then felt a little faithless about doing it thinking Mitsu could've had left-hand threads on that bolt to prevent it coming loose due to being situated in a reciprocating spot that would naturally tend to force it towards un-screwing (guess that's why it's torqued on there so effing tightly).
- make sure to disconnect your glow-plugs or coil (if gas) so it doesn't inadvertantly start.
After loosening it I noticed there was an inspection plate on my bell-housing that I had missed...and that may've reveal a spot to wedge something against the flywheel instead of doing the above.
