Re: Changing Front Seats
Update:
We have tried a lot of different aftermarket seats, but all the seats are way to big, specially if you want to open the engine compartment. We looked around at junkyards. Found seats they might fit, but they were also already worn down and actually not better then the original seats. Therefore I checked out Fiji Upholstery the other day and brought them one seat. They replaced parts of the foam, added extra foam for the lumbar area, reinforced and changed the springs and stitched a few open seams together. I installed the seat today. What a difference!!! Extra firm Delica seat for $150 :) Hope that prevent sore backs after long drives.

Re: Changing Front Seats
Nop, per seat. If you think about how much a car seat is (even the junkyard-version) and how much work they spent to repair it, then it's actually a bargain.Luna-Sea wrote:Was that 150 for both seats?(hope so)

Re: Changing Front Seats
Just thumbs up on this upholstery project. Just came back from our 10000km road trip and this is one of the best mods I did for sure. No back problems anymore after 10h behind the steering wheel.
