Delica LED lights?

Last evening I saw a Delica with bright, white lights. I believe those are LED's, any ideas where I can get those in Vancouver and what kind/model are they? Thanks.

Sounds like you saw Delicat's Mitsushi. There is a description on the forum how he changed it.
