Hi all,
I'm sitting here in my 92 Exceed Delica that was just purchased today, looking at the ocean drinking a Double Double while the rest of my family is snug in bed.
wow delica's and iPhones are perfect matches.
My wife and 2boys are very excited by our new member of the family, we hope she will help get me out from behind my desk and I'm thinking that in this moment........"wow I could work from anywhere"!
very excited for the adventures ahead and connecting with this new community.
Pucky

Re: Jumping in with 8 feet
Congrats and welcome. So where in the world are you looking at the ocean?
After countless wonderful adventures in our Delicas, we wish your family great adventures and hope that you (like all Delica.ca members) can post the odd picture of your Delica adventures!
Best Regards,
Kevin

Re: Jumping in with 8 feet
oops forgot to add where we live.
Parksville, BC (near glenn) LOL!
I purchased our Delica from FiveStarAutoSales.com and wow Glenn does an amazing Job.... this is a great machine. We were going to wait and find one with the glass roof, but we bumped into this one and took it for a spin.
I'll be posting some pictures when we get her out this weekend to go up Arrowsmith.
Cheers all.

Good Morning Pucky,
I had to look at your name for a few seconds before I could put it back into context. I am a friend and co-worker of David Baar. You and I spoke on the phone about 2 or maybe 3 years ago about setting up a small server farm behind a load balancing firewall. You seemed to me at that time to be a conspicuously smart individual and your recent Delica purchase proves that out. Welcome to the forum!
Say hi to Glen for me next time you see him. Let's see if he remembers.

Re: Jumping in with 8 feet
Ohhh... I'm soo close to your exact scenario! 2 boys and and iPhone... just needing to pick up my Delica.
Ready to rock with my new Delica just have to head to Vancouver to get it.
Right now it's sitting with Mardy being oogled at.
Good to meet you and as another islander with two boys I'm sure we'll meet in person someday.
Cheers,
Jon
