Hey

Post by pumpkin »

Just joined this site to find info. My brother bought a delica and wants me to work on it for him as I'm a mechanic. So just saying Hey and look forward to learning the ins and outs of these little rigs. I have a wheeling truck my self, but its a big gas job.

That's the weirdest looking Delica I've ever seen - the front end is all wrong...

Just kidding. Welcome, just the same. You'll find lots of information here, lots of helpful advice and it should make maintenance a little less painful.

So, when are you buying one for yourself?

They seem a bit to small, underpowered and flimsy for my wheeling. My bro loves his and works well for him.

I'm sure they do OK. I am a little bit hard core. And my Blazer has to do it all for me. I weel the heck out of it, tow a 3500lb boat and a car trailer with it, and when holidaying, tow it behind my motor home. My brother is not very mechanicaly inclined, so I'm going to make his Delica more capable. As far as them being weaksause, I guess it all depends on what you expect from a vehicle, I lean towards bulit proof.
