Hi Paul and Linda -- welcome to the forum!

Could you please let me know what type of picture attachment (e.g., .jpg, .gif, etc.) was causing the issue. I may be able to toggle a few settings on this board, which would accommodate the specific type of file that you were hoping to upload.

An alternative would be to start a Delica.CA Photo Album (Click on the "Photos" link at the top of page, Click on "Upload File", which will allow you to create your personal photo album, and start uploading photos.

Once the photos are in your photo album, you can link to these photos from your forum posts.

Hope this helps!

I'm not familiar with the image format used by Cannon cameras, but I would suspect that the photos are probably jpegs (most digital cameras save to this format).

Unfortunately, even if I toggled this site's settings to allow for ".img" extensions, most browsers would not know how to open this type of file (i.e., your files would be uploaded, but nobody could see them anyways).

My suggestion would be to rename your photos to reflect a ".jpg" extension. For example, if your photo is called "mycoolvanpic.img", try renaming it to "mycoolvanpic.jpg", and then uploading.

Hopefully this works!
