My 95 L400 Diesel came without a manual throttle adjust. When I preheat my engine with my espar heater and then start it, the engine idles too low, causing a lot of vibrations during warmup. I decided to build my own. I let the pictures speak for themselves. Hamemade throttle adjust
Looks pretty good. You could modify some sort of plastic knob to fit over the wing nut with the edges trimmed. You could probably find a stock unit at a wrecker too.
