Relays below steering column?

Does anyone know what the relays below the steering column are for? Just to the left of the drivers legs (RHD). Last night the lower right one got hot enough to start smoking out and drained my batteries. I pulled it, got a boost and the van is operating fine, everything seems to be working fine.

Anyone know what this relay is for?

I believe the fuse box is for dual a/c or auto climate vans only but I ma not sure. Bottom right of the pic is the drivers left foot rest just for reference.
