Hello,
I've had my L400 for a month or so now and would like to give it a 2" lift for all the bush driving I do. My L400 has had the suspension upgraded at CCAutos with heavier duty springs. Is it worth lifting it with this work already done? Ive read it stiffens up the ride, but im not sure if that still holds true with these different springs? I find it a bit uncomfortable driving on a curvy highway at 100km/h, a bit of body roll in the corners. I would hate to increase the body roll.

I have a 2" lift with wider tires, it doesn't roll any more than it did, that being said, it's a tall narrow van and some body roll is to be expected.
If the shocks are old and worn, replacing those will help.

My suspension was replaced recently, I think the roll im feeling is normal for my van. Just worried that giving it a 2" lift with the heavier duty springs will make it worse. I thought I read something to that effect but I can't find the thread.

HD springs will help actually, they're stiffer. If you lifted with spacers and the original springs then you might notice more roll.

What was replaced, rear coil springs or front torsion bars or both? Were the shocks replaced too?
Check your invoice as Graham usually is very clear as to what work they've done.

Finally got around to calling CCautos, my springs were custom made to be very stiff and give the van a 1" to 1.5" lift in the back. Which is confusing to me since I measured the distance from the hub to the top of the wheel arch and the rear was only 0.5" higher than the front. The front measured 21.5" and the rear measured 22".
I've already gotten the spacer kit, can I still use it? Will it be to high now? The rear spacers are 2", the front are 1" with another inch gained from cranking the torsion bars.

How high do you want it? Keep lifting and replacing parts till you're happy or out of money.

I am replacing my worn out rear springs and spacers with the CCA lift spring so hopefully I will be able to get rid of the spacers. Right now mine is riding like the back is fully loaded.
