Window Shades

Post by quadzilla »

Does anyone know where to get new (or flawless used) window shades?

Not entirely sure if you're talking window curtains, or the power sunshades in the crystallite roof, however spare parts are a rarity in Canada, and the window shades are well sought after.

For what reason are you trying to replace them? I don't know if this helps or not, but here is a repair how-to that I wrote a while back for one of the most common problems with the power sun shades:

And if you're looking for the front window rain shades Japanoid had a set, may be worth checking their parts site. If you still have yours they can be cleaned up pretty good with brasso or the likes.

I'm a Frenchy so I'm used to read all backward... But hey, I may be all wrong with my interpretation!

Rain shades are what I meant... Wasn't really sure what to call them - but thanks for the replies! One of mine is cracked (although only slightly) and I was thinking about a replacement.
