CORRECT TIRE SIZE

Post by fgteodoro »

Hi! I am Ante G. Teodoro from the Philippines. I own a 4X4 intercooler turbo-d Delica starwagon. Just want to know what is the right tire size for this van. Thank you and more power to all!

Regards ,
Ante

Hi Ante, the standard size tyre on the Delica is 225x75x15 on a 6 inch rim,but most owners go to a 7 inch rim with 31x10.5x15 tyre, have you tried your own Phillipines club to source information the web address is http://www.delicaclubphils.proboards58.com./ good luck.

HI, Ante,
originally the tire size came from japan is just 215/15, thats equal to 215/80/15, but usually we used here 235/75/15, as this is a common tire size here in canada. as i came from the phils also ,generally if your delica is not lifted you can used 235/75/15 or 30/9.50/15, which ever you like. otherwise you can used bigger tire.it depends on your usage whether for daily used of just for 4x4 off roading. kumasta na lang sa delica group in the phils.
keep in touch,
cheers,
Mardy
