Power Window Trouble
Just what I wanted another project to work on. Just today my drivers side window stopped working properly. It will come down half an inch and then get stuck, and go back up when I hit the switch again. So it seems that the switch is working, as well as the motor. Which makes me think its the regulat...

Re: What did you do TO your Delica today?
Finally got my front brakes hooked up...just torqueing the last lug nut and snap there it goes. F*ck! So sick of taking the hubs and brake apart and I dont have time now to fix it. I decided to drop it off at Kal Tire, nice and easy. Then on the way there one of my power windows stops working, will ...

Re: Quick help needed with brake job.
Managed to get that off but now I am having other issues. The abutment clips on one of the calipers will not fit. Yet they fit on the other new caliper and all the old ones. Which makes me think I was given the wrong caliper. Has anyone else ever had this problem? I ordered the caliper from CCautos,...

Quick help needed with brake job.
Just working my way through replacing the front brakes on my L400. Nearly there but I have ran into an issue. I have gotten the hub and disk off the axle but am having trouble seperating them. I have worked the six bolts holding them together but am unable to access the nuts on the back of the bolts...

Re: L400 Upgraded Suspension Lift Question?
Finally got around to calling CCautos, my springs were custom made to be very stiff and give the van a 1" to 1.5" lift in the back. Which is confusing to me since I measured the distance from the hub to the top of the wheel arch and the rear was only 0.5" higher than the front. The fr...

Re: Is this possible? LWB Delica question
Yes the middle seats are on rails and spin 180 degrees. I believe the L300 is the same? Haven't actually been inside one. For my queen to fit I spin the chairs 180 and a folding platform extends from the box over the wheel wells to the chair seats. There is a foot or so of space between the front an...

Re: Best source for brake parts?
Aa thank you, couldnt remember if it was the calipers or rotors that were delica specific. A week ago I saw a site on here having a sale on brake parts for the L400...now I can't find it dammit. O well I will get some quotes locally and see how the prices compare to CCAutos

Re: Is this possible? LWB Delica question
I have a LWB, I dont think I could do what your envisioning. I can fit a queen with the middle seats nearly all the way extended towards the fronts seats. My bed is on a raised platform that folds up. I have storage under the entire bed when it is out, when its folded up I have full use of the middl...

Best source for brake parts?
Its come time for me to replace the front brakes on the Deli, the whole setup not just the pads. Been scouring around trying to find the best place to buy the parts, anyone have a good suggestion? I usually get everything from CCAutos since its convenient, not sure if they are the best source for th...

Re: HD springs and shocks
Curious as to why your taking out your spacers and going with a longer spring? Just hoping for more resistance?
