I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a replacement interior panel for my 93 L300. It is the panel on the inside of the sliding side door. The cardboard backing has cracked and now comes off and gets stuck so we cannot open the side door!!! Very annoying. I have a temp fix but I will need...

I checked out the silkroad website....are all the camperized 4WDs always 5 speed? We have a 92 Exceed right now but are maybe looking to trade up to something with a poptop but the 4wd is super important to us and I cannot get my sad little head around driving a 5 speed....?
