I went to this forum looking for information on the process of importing a JDM and well there's a lot of information in here but not a heck of a lot of it useful to the newbie. Can someone post a "How it's done" type of thing here and can one of the moderators make it a sticky so new guys ...

Re: Delica Dealer / Importer Ratings and Feedback
I am truly sorry I created such a fuss. I am a long ways from Vancouver, and a long ways from Japan. I work very hard for my money and I want to make a wise and careful purchase. I wouldn't have asked for help if I didnt think the Brave vehicle was worth my time and effort. I am sorry if I didn't wo...

Re: Delica Dealer / Importer Ratings and Feedback
That is definately not factory spray. Are you suggesting that Mitsubishi paints their parts after they install it on the truck? Look I don't even care if Brave sprays the van. I am very sorry if I offended them. My original wording perhaps wasn't chosen correctly but that vehicle was painted recentl...

Re: Delica Dealer / Importer Ratings and Feedback
I did not specificaly state that there was a cover up. I stated that I could see signs of fresh paint and I asked for other members advice on your reputation because fresh paint could mean 1 of 2 things... 1. cover up flaws or 2. just going the extra mile to offer a high quality product. I am sorry ...

Re: Delica Dealer / Importer Ratings and Feedback
Anybody deal with Brave Auto? I fell in love with one of their L400's and started to write an email but after I finally got to the end of the 100 pictures of the vehicle I found obvious signs of overspray from fresh paint, and things seem really shiny like there was something sprayed on the frame an...

Re: Considering Purchase for Motorcycle Transport
Ok so it's a done deal then Delica it is. I think if the handlebars are too wide then one bike goes in forward and one backwards...no prob. Trailers suck in the winter and I am thinking about migrating south to Baja for a while when winter gets too much, unload the van, ride until we drop... sleep i...

Considering Purchase for Motorcycle Transport
Hello all I need some help here. Looking at a van to take my motorcycles in on the longer trips, will mostly be dirt bikes and they are pretty tall (52 inches) I can compress the suspensions down a good 6-8 inches I think with ratchet straps. Looking at a high roof L300 or L400 (I like the L400 bett...
