Hazard lights don't work either

Diesel. And nope nothing is working inside the vehicle. No lights. Nothing. The horn never worked so couldn't tell about that one.

Stranded currently an hour and a half outside of sf in woodlin california. I have a 1992 mitshubishi delica. Car won't start or turn. No lights or power coming on when I turn the key. Brought the battery to auto zone and had it checked and it full. Even tried charging it and getting a jump and clean...
