Electrical fail, car won't start or turn, blown fuse?
Stranded currently an hour and a half outside of sf in woodlin california. I have a 1992 mitshubishi delica. Car won't start or turn. No lights or power coming on when I turn the key. Brought the battery to auto zone and had it checked and it full. Even tried charging it and getting a jump and cleaning all the terminals. I think it is possibly a blown fuse? Anyone know if there are more fuses than what's under the driver side dash and on top of the battery. Or have any suggestions of delica mechanic or auto electricians in or around San Francisco or Sacramento California.

1992 means it's an L300. Petrol or diesel?
Is *anything* electrical working? Interior lights, horn, hazard lights, brake lights? Those things should all work when the key is out of the ignition.
If those work, then it's your ignition switch that's failed.
If none of those work, it's probably something disconnected in the battery compartment. A fuse blowing would take out some things, but not everything. Check the earth connection too.

Nothing says "poor workmanship" more than wrinkles in the duct tape.

Diesel. And nope nothing is working inside the vehicle. No lights. Nothing. The horn never worked so couldn't tell about that one.

There's a fuse attached to the top of the red battery terminal. If your alternator is shorted that will blow. Try disconnecting the alternator plug and wire and replacing the fuse. Then drive it to a spot that you can get the alternator rebuilt at since your in San Francisco.

PNK Automotive in SF will work on your L300. I talked to them (havent used them yet) and they said they'll work on them (and have worked on a Diesel L300 before) but dont want to source the parts or part numbers. They most likely could rebuild your alternator if thats the issue. https://www.google.com/search?q=Pnk%20A ... ate=kp:xpd
