Digital EGT and or Boost Gauge Install Tutorial
[quote="kyre"]I just installed the PLX gauge with egt and boost sensors. I didn’t think the gauge itself was flimsy but you’re right the instructions are pretty horribly written. Lots of splicing and soldering. My gauge did come with the 8v dongle. It does mention you need it in the instru...

Delica L300 Shirts!
Howdy all. Recently I became aware that I did not have a Delica Starwagon on any of my shirts and that bothered me. I scoured the internet for anything of class and or comfort but was left unsatisfied. As a result, I created my own. I put them on Teepublic so that one could choose from a wide variet...

Boost Guage Flickering
I've tightened up all the fittings. From the t junction on the boost line going to my IP I have about 50cm of heavy guage vacuum line going to the bulkhead, from there it switches to a hard line with brass pinch fittings that goes from the engine compartment up to the guage on my dash, Al nicely ru...

No Compressor Condensor Fan Operation
Wicked!!!!! I haven't had AC for more than a year, checked all the fuses and the thermo coupler a while ago when that didn't work half gave up. Read this in the am, checked and sure enough the clip that holds the link together by the battery broke and the cables came apart! Plugged it back in and m...

What is this broken part?
I'd remove it. I'd then put it in a labelled ziplock bag and put it in my big box of random Delica parts, but I'm a bit mental like that. If you remove it, connect its wire to ground somewhere. I don't think it will make a difference, but I haven't figured out exactly how the AC timer module works ...

Boost Guage Flickering
Some of those required a copper orifice to be installed in the boost line. This limits the volume of airflow and reduces flutter at the gauge.

No Compressor Condensor Fan Operation
Hello all, I am finishing up a Delica for a customer and I ran into a bit of a snag yesterday while finishing up the R134a conversion. After I charged the system, I started the truck only to find no compressor or condensor fans working. I checked all of the fuses behind the glove box and discovered ...

Great suggestion. Although I don't think that I have the heart to remove the rear aircon. Ill be traveling with a little lad.speleokip wrote:If your not using your rear air con then that spot makes an awesome water tank location under the chassis.
