Just installed 33 inch tires and the Paj is a little tall for the trophy wife. My old land cruiser had two grab handles for each seat. The ones that are in the Paj currently are not good enough. Both times I have put a K&N in a turbo'd vehicle (VW TDI and GMC Sierra 6.5TD) it has only caused problems. Engine lights, poor performance etc. I blame it on the turbo's sucking too much oil through the filter. But, I'm not a mechanic. I prefer high flow paper filters such as AirRaid, to avoid ...

1994 LWB 2.8 5spd Paj. This trim had been cracking ever since I bought the machine - last July - and just the other day when pulling snow off the car it finally gave way. Any advice on how to fix/replace? The metal underneath is bare and is starting to develop small surface rust.

This sounds great! I ordered mine from Rocky Road a couple weeks ago. I forgot about the shorter front shocks though and ordered the OME's that they provided. The part number in their email/manifest is OME60040. By any chance does that part number look familiar?

Looks great! I had the same problem with the OME kit when I put it on my Cruiser. The spring actually had to be compressed in order to the shock eyelet to line up with the mount, the shocks were short about 3/4 inch. Any update on the install? I heard something about having to extend the rear brake hose for the new springs? Any before/after pics?

I am about to order my kit from RockyRoad - friend is picking it up so no shipping - and wondering what the results are like with the OME.
