So on a 7" rim anything beyond -6mm (roughly 3.75" b/space?) will likely cause problems with sliding door? (30x9.5x15 tire)

7" rim you can go up to 3" backspacing and still have clearance for the door.

How far can your wheels stick out without having to put flares on?

These are the steel rims that NSOR has quoted me.
I'll just be running the standard 235 on them for now, will I need flares?
