Photo Gallery Repairs - Possible Nov 21 Site Downtime

I wanted to extend a Big Thank You to robbieg who has generously spent time to look into (and fix) many of the header errors affecting the Photo Gallery Error (now clicking on the Photo Gallery actually lets us enjoy view great delica photos, rather than error messages!)

While robbieg's efforts have already greatly improved the user experience, there are still some details that he wanted to look into which may trigger some site downtime tomorrow evening (November 21).
