Rear ended question
So I got rear ended in nanaimo on friday (in my lovely 1990 jetta). The car was fine but i have pretty bad whiplash because i was looking over my right shoulder on Mostar yielding to traffic trying to turn right on the island hwy. Called icbc made a report and went to the doc with my 2 year old son and I. I was wondering how young kids like that are compensated for their injuries? Do they just give them money like they would me? He seems ok now other then a restless sleep that night. Any other tips would be nice. Also i think my car is shaking at high speeds now because of the crash.

Re: Rear ended question
You would be best to ask your doctor for advise on the medical side and to consult an accident attorney for legal advice on the dollar side.

Re: Rear ended question
I would suggest that you be in no hurry to accept any settlement. Make sure that something doesn't show up later on. Neck and spinal issues may take some time to develope. Your doc will be able to sugges a reasonale lengh of time.

Talk to an personal injury lawyer before you do anything else. Consultation is always free!
