Want to rent room or studio til Dec2011 for Pablo & Anna

Hello Deli-Folk, please help us find a new home until early December 2011 for Anna & Pablo and their Delica L300 La Cucaracha.

Now they want to experience Canadian life outside our tiny castle, while Pablo writes travel book number 3, and they both translate book number 2 into English. Looking for a basement suite / small apartment / or a room in a shared house (willing to share bathroom and kitchen), small is OK ... as they say anything bigger than a Delica is luxury. Maximum rent $500 per month, all utilities included, internet access included is a must during the book writing so his editors can keep in touch with the revisions. Furnished or Unfurnished is OK, we can lend them furniture as needed. Preferably within 1 hour of Burnaby.

They are SUPER nice house mates here at the TardisDeli home (Anna cooks wonderful food for us all, and cleans up after my dis-organized life, and Pablo has great stories). They are both very handy (as Delica folk are), willing to do maintenance / house care / yardwork etc. I totally recommend them, and we happily left them in charge of our house while we went on our 2 week vacation.

Hi, How are you?
We are back in Vancouver. After driving north to Deadhorse and Inuvik during the summer months, we are planning to stay around Southern BC until the end of the year.
In Vancouver we met the ideal person to translate our book into English (the First Chapter is almost ready) and we must be around to work together on it. I also want to finish the new book before the end of the year.
We thought that maybe you know someone who wants to rent a basement or a small apartment (anything bigger than the van will be big for us!) in Vancouver (preferently close to Burnaby) or maybe a cabin outside the city... We're responsible people, we'll take care of everything as it was our own home, or even better!. It would be perfect to rent the appartment /basement suite/room from october to december. We were thinking on something affordable, between 400 to 600 dollars/month, utilities and internet access included. A safe place to leave the van is necessary, too. It can be a street parking, but it must be in a safe area.
So if you can help us to find something, we will appreciate it very much.
By now, we are staying with Jay and Christine (Tardis Deli in the Delica forums) but we don't want to abuse of their hospitality... we want to keep them as good friends!

Thanks for your help in the room search issue. We are grateful to all the Delica community who gave us very warm welcome to Vancouver.
