Has anyone replaced their tail lights? I don't mean bulbs...I'm thinking of replacing the whole plastic part, with the red and white lenses, because my red lenses are significantly faded. I'm concerned the brake lights don't look like brake lights anymore.
I've seen lamp housings for sale with amber lenses for the turn signals, and I like the look of these better than mine, which are white (and get the amber colour from the 1157A bulbs) but the parts are listed as fitting 1987-1992 Delicas, and mine's a 1994. Will they fit? What's the diff?
Is there a North American Compliance issue? Should I have amber lenses, now that we're not in Japan anymore?

Tail Light Replacement
Not sure about compliance, but I bought a set of Mitsubishi tail lamps from Amayama.com and they're lovely.
Nothing says "poor workmanship" more than wrinkles in the duct tape.
