WVO FAQ's?
With the recent increase in interest in WVO, that section seems to be getting a ton of info in there to sift through. How about a set of FAQ's within the WVO section? Maybe somewhere that people could post explanations of their filtering setups etc where it is easy to find and always in the same place? I'm trying to learn as much as I can about the whole WVO process from collection to use in the Delica, but it seems to be getting tougher to "filter" through the plethora of information to the "tried and tested" methods that have worked for others. Photos and schematics are also going a long way to helping me understand the processing, having never seen a "real-live" system myself-- yet!

Re: WVO FAQ's?
I agree this would be helpful...
I know that I'm still trying to find all the info on WVO. FAQ's with pics would be greatly helpful.
Questions I have are:
Sourcing WVO
Filtering WVO (Tips, tricks and kits)
Instal instruction (Delica specific) or companies that instal
Co-ops
Personal stories, anecdotal accounts &tc.
Pics
General advice, like is it worth it? Things to avoid? People/companies to avoid or seek out
I know that most of these are questions are in the forum somewhere, but it would be great for all of us just starting our journey.
Cheers,
Jonny

Re: WVO FAQ's?
Well I would say first thing you do before wasting time/money on anything else is try and nail down a source, I've been trying for a couple weeks now and it is not looking good, kind of wishing I had done this a couple months ago instead after paying for my WVO kit that is on it's way from Germany :(. I'm thinking I going to have to pay for my oil but also need to find a place willing to go with the little guy.

Re: WVO FAQ's?
This is part of what I'm hoping VeggieFuel.ca will address. My vision for the site have a resource for those interested in WVO, current WVO drivers and donor restaurants which will include:
What I need is some people willing to contribute technical skills (thank you Kuan) as well as content. I'm using Joomla CMS which is supposed to have a very good learning curve, so I can grant interest people access to the site at various user levels. I'm personally going to be very short of time over the summer as we bought a 5 acre lot and are in the process of building a house while trying to hold down my job, but I'll spend as much time as I can trying to get things organized.
What I need to do with the site right now is:
- WVO FAQs
Local Chapter Sections for each participating city/town
Google route map of donor restaurants
map of potential donor restaurants
restaurant acknowledgement section for each Chapter

What I need to do with the site right now is:
- Develop a logo/site template
Determine what tools/extensions we need for each chapter to be able to organize routes and communicate effectively

Re: WVO FAQ's?
I've mulled this one over with Adam & BCDelica (both resident experts on all things WVO!) -- As you may know, Adam has been developing a WVO-related website (veggiefuel.ca), and much of the information will address FAQs that delica.ca members will have on the subject.
Time permitting, Adam has agreed to prepare a list of FAQs & address each one in brief. The upcoming page will also point to relevant delica.ca threads, as well as related reading on veggiefuel.ca and other top web resources.
This new page will be incorporated into the proposed site reorganization.
Everyone's somewhat busy these days, so developing this page may not be immediate. However, once completed, I'm hopeful that this will be a useful addition to delica.ca.
