A few of the guys in my club (Coastal Cruisers) have been making their own bio-diesel for quite some time now. I think its costs them around 75 cents a litre to make, and a fair bit of work initially anyways.

IH8MUD (mostly landcruiser stuff) is a board that has discussed importing for quite some time. Tons of info on it. Heres a link for a master list of Canadian importers:

Marko at http://www.outbackimports.ca is, from what I've heard, excellent to deal with. However, he doesnt appear to have ever brought in any Delica's, but I'm sure he would according to his 'special orders' section.

Sadly, I only manage to get back there once a year on average. Until one moves away from PR, one never realizes how good one has it there (well, except for the ferries, but then it would be crowded and I'd hate it).

And don't let them try and load your Delica upstairs on a BC ferry, they tell you your not over height but it's just way too close. That's the reason we don't have a antenna anymore. Kev wow, a fellow Powell Riverite! well..used to be..aint lived on 'the island' for about 14 years now. Jeff

hi

I dont have one yet..still looking and trying to decide what I want. I havent even seen one in person yet, just looked at a Toyota HiAce super custom and a Estima. The Hiace was pretty nice. I'm reasonably familiar with the 'yotas having owned (and still own) many landcruisers and have lots of conne...
